Back in 2018, we were just two people with laptops and big dreams, working from a tiny office in Zhonghe. Our first event was a 50-person tech meetup that nearly went sideways when the projector failed five minutes before showtime.

But here's what happened next: instead of panicking, we helped the speaker redesign his entire presentation on the fly. That evening became one of the most engaging, interactive sessions anyone had attended. We learned something crucial that night.

Astrid spent eight years in Stockholm's conference industry before moving to Taiwan in 2017. Magnus handles the logistics that make or break events — vendor coordination, timeline management, and the thousand details that happen behind the scenes.
